What better way to overcome isolation than by communing with nature. The physical and mental health benefits of mountain climbing are numerous, and even more so now that we're in recovery mode from COVID-19.
Consider mountaineering and learning new skills

2. Social aspect: Mountaineering is an inherently social sport. Whether biking, hiking, or climbing, you’ll meet new people.
3. See everything in a new perspective: Mountaineering takes you to places few others have been. Getting into the alpine can be a life-changing experience.
