Climbing-as-a-Service model, each climber gets a single, high-adrenaline attempt in an “unlimited climbing until failure” challenge that pushes their limits and invites repeat tries. The premium positioning, combined with a clear revenue-share model for our partners, is designed to drive PR, organic social media exposure, and strong proof of demand, laying the foundation for the next growth phase.

With the brand established and demand validated, we will shift to focused B2B expansion.
